Saturday Mornings at 9AM MST

$10 – 1 Hour

This class focuses on low intensity joint mobilization and stabilization.

Recommended Equipment

Yoga mat if on a hard surface

Bolsters – you can use yoga blocks, pillows, towels, etc.

Strap to assist stretches – towels, sheets, etc also work

Ball for mobilization – I love lacrosse balls for this

Something to assist balance – PVC stick, chair, broom handle, etc
